Information Meeting for Pilgrimage to the Holy Land

Want to learn more about the trip being led by Paul and Becky Krentz to the Holy Land? Stop in for this informational meeting!

Quick Look:

A pilgrimage to Israel is a life-changing and never to be forgotten experience for all who want to gain new insights and understanding into the story of God's mission of redemption for all people. March 9 - 18, 2020 are the dates for a 10 day pilgrimage to the land that Abraham, David, Jesus and the disciples walked.  From a boat trip across the Sea of Galilee to the site of the crucifixion and resurrection, we will trek in the footsteps of our Savior. We will also stay in wonderful 4 star hotels with great meals and will have a private motor coach and excellent guide traveling with us. Paul has led 3 Pilgrimage groups to Israel and with Paul, Becky has led 2. March is a beautiful time to visit Israel with everything in full bloom.  We are limited to 33 participants.  If you would like to receive a copy of the trip brochure with all info, email Paul at Krentztx@gmail.com or call him at 737-444-1284 and he will email you a copy or pick one up from the Connection Center.

Being a Christian is very different from being a soccer player.  We're not performing to stay on the team or impress the coach.  Believing in Jesus as our Savior is the only way we are saved- it is not based on our performance at all.  But being a Christian does involve practicing what we believe- getting our jerseys dirty.  Just as very few people are in all around physical shape, there are few of us who are strong in all areas of spiritual maturity.  In our next season of Next Gen Parent CG we look at important dimensions of spiritual maturity.  Hopefully we can discover areas where our spiritual growth is progressing and those in which it is relatively undeveloped.  Then we'll talk about how we can develop a workout program and help ourselves and our kids grow stronger in faith.
